Fiano is a personal finance tracking app developed by Ecma Co. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how your data is handled.
Fiano does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with Ecma Co. or any third parties. We have no servers, no analytics, and no tracking.
All your financial data (expenses, categories, savings, reminders) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, your data may be synced across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Ecma Co. does not have access to your iCloud data.
Fiano uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models (Apple Intelligence) to parse expense descriptions. All AI processing happens entirely on your device. No data is sent to any external server for AI processing.
Fiano does not use any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising services.
You can delete your data at any time by removing individual entries within the app or by deleting the app from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, deleting data from one device will remove it from all synced devices.
Fiano does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
